Clinical Staff - Southern California

Mary Elizabeth Cox, PTMary Elizabeth Cox, PT is Clinical Director of our Orange County, California location. She is a licensed physical therapist and a graduate of Long Beach State University, California with a B.S. in Physical Therapy and a B.A. in Psychology.

Mary’s 25 years of experience includes a strong focus in manual (hands-on) therapy, chronic pelvic pain and dysfunction, and other women’s health issues. For more than a decade, her patient focus has been the treatment of pelvic pain, endometriosis, multiple pain issues or chronic pain, fibromyalgia, closed head injuries and headaches. She has extensive postgraduate continuing education in manual soft tissue therapy.

In her career as a physical therapist, Mary has been a leader, organizer, and small business owner. She says that she feels privileged to find such a fabulous team of therapists who share her interest and life commitment to women’s health.


Slyvia Campbell, PTA

Sylvia Campbell, PTA joins our Orange County, California location with a background in manual soft tissue therapy of over fourteen years. She has a marvelous and gracious personality and wonderful "hands-on" skills. She came to us after she became fascinated with our work, our research and our results.

Sylvia has a B.A. in Communicative Disorders from California State University Fullerton and an A.A. from the Physical Therapists Assistant program at Cerritos College, Norwalk, California. Sylvia has a lifelong vision of providing 'hands on' care, augmented by hundreds of hours of continuing education in a variety of manual soft tissue therapy skills. She says, "The most rewarding part of this care is seeing patients benefit and change from my intervention and making a difference in their lives."

Sylvia and Mary, Clinical Director of the Orange County location, worked together many years ago when Sylvia was completing her internship as a PTA. They are excited to be working together once again and look forward to being a successful team for their patients.
