Greetings from the blog moderator
Amy ParkerGreetings! I am honored to be the blog ‘manager’ for the Clear Passage Blog. I have worked for Clear Passage since 2003 in many roles, but spending most of my time in the research and writing departments. As a graduate from UF (go Gators!) with a BA in English, I can’t think of a better way to spend my time (other than playing with my three dogs–all spoiled brats, or camping with my husband in the middle of the Ocala National Forest). Now I have the privilege to moderate our new blog and I’m really excited about this opportunity! Please feel free to share any comments or suggestions you have for improving the blog. This is a learning curve for me and I hope to continue to improve the blog and make your experience here with us a good one. Cheers!

Amy,
As an endometriosis patient with other conditions like pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, pelvic pain, interstitial cystitis, etc…. I had heard about “physical therapy for pelvic pain” from a fellow endometriosis support group member. I had it and it helped me. I became a “cheerleader” of sorts for this type of PT. Several of our local endo support group members had this type of PT.
While the therapy available in my city is not “Clear Passages”, it was specialized physical therapy for pelvic pain. My physical therapist is a member of The National Vulvodynia Association and The International Pelvic Pain Society.
I started a blog this past summer focusing on endometriosis, infertility, fibromyalgia, vulvodynia, etc. I have personal experience with so many different illnesses that my “endo blog” has turned into a more general “chronic illness blog”, despite it’s name (Jeanne’s Endo Blog).
Have a great day!
Jeanne
