We attract highly accomplished and experienced staff. At this writing (2014), our therapists average 26 years professional experience. Half of them hold doctorates and/or have graduated with honors.
Onsite staff includes three doctors (one physician and two scientists).
|Dr. Richard King, former Chief of Staff of North Florida Regional Medical Center, has been a physician and surgeon for 40 years. He has 20 years of clinical research experience and has served as Principal Investigator for dozens of studies.|
|Dr. Amanda Rice, our primary research scientist, holds one doctorate and two post-doctorates. She taught physicians at the University of Florida medical school and has authored many studies on her own.|
|Dr. Geri White is our Metropolitan New York Director. She is an APTA Board Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist (WCS), one of the first physical therapists in the United States to become a Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist. Dr. White was the first physical therapist in New Jersey to achieve this specialty. She has served as an adjunct professor and is presently a guest instructor at the Mercy College Physical Therapy program in Dobbs Ferry, NY.|

Clear Passage was born to help find a cure for our Director’s adhesion-related pain. Patient care has always been and remains our primary motivation. When we found our work could significantly help other conditions, we felt obliged to conduct clinical research, so research became our second goal.
After hiring therapists, scientists and medical advisors, we realized we had to survive as a business and expand geographically to reach people in other locations. Creating a business to support patient care and clinical research has always been our third priority. In essence, our motivations (in order) are:
